Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges

Please note, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Exchanges
If your item does not fit quite right and you would like a different size or color, we are happy to help.

We will check our stock and confirm availability
Once your original item is received and approved, we will ship out the replacement
If your requested exchange is not available, we can offer you store credit or a refund instead
Exchanges are processed with love and speed, because we want you to feel your best in your EM WEAR piece.
Refunds
If you would prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we are happy to offer that.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method you used at checkout
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email that your refund is on its way
It may take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Return Shipping
For orders within Australia, we will provide a free return shipping label to make things easy
For international returns, the return shipping will be your responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrect
